Cancellation / No Show Policy
Highview Animal Clinic has a goal to provide medical care in a timely manner.
When no-shows, late arrivals or cancellations occur, it affects other patients who need access to veterinary care.
In order to be respectful of the medical needs of all of our patients, we require 24-hour notice of your need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If 24-hour notice is not provided a $50 fee may be added to your account.
A deposit of $50 for exams and $100 for surgeries may be required if there are multiple instances of late cancellations or no shows.
If you can’t make your appointment, please call to let us know.
We understand that extenuating circumstances do arise and welcome you to discuss that with one of our client care representatives.
